We are seeing most comedians who come to Boston/surrounding area because it is great to get out and laugh. Many years ago saw Jim, and he was hilarious. With 7 sold out shows on this leg, going seemed like a no brainer....except for the higher than expected number of critical reviews we noticed on this site. We took a shot and went tonight anyway at Chevalier. The show wasn't great. No deep belly laughs. Long waits of silence. Some chuckles. Jim was on maybe 55-60 minutes and then abruptly said goodnight.
